Description: |
My client is a global custodian with an exceptional reputation on the Irish market. They are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their Dublin 2 base. The successful applicant will report to the Senior HR Manager / HR Director and will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of HR strategies for the Dublin office.
Responsibilities
• Implementing HR strategies; including oversight and monitoring of change management plans and the HR service delivery for the Dublin office.
• Responsible for ensuring the appropriate management of all local HR services and risks
• Executing organizational and managerial effectiveness strategies for the Dublin office.
• Adjusting HR execution plans, as required, to respond to changing business requirements.
• Supporting the management of effective workforce planning strategy, including the documentation of opportunities.
• Coordinate the analysis and publication of relevant HR metrics to communicate to Partners.
• Implement talent strategy for the Dublin office; including managing and maintaining the implementation of workforce change plans
• Collaborate and support local leadership regarding the annual compensation cycle
• Partner with recruiting managers to acquire top leadership talent for the business.
• Educate and coach the management team, as well as global HR management team and others as appropriate, on changes to applicable local employee legislation.
• Proactively manage Employee Relations issues; including disciplinary actions, grievances, long term sicknesses, etc.
• Act as a local point of contact for regulators and industry bodies on HR related matters.
• Oversight on the design and execution of local Employee Handbook
• Proactively manage various local audits (internal and external) and deliver action plans on policy implementation based on the audit results.

Required Skills: |
• Employee Relations background; Strong knowledge of benefits/pensions
• Financial and business acumen, Effective leadership, communication, organizational and change management skills
|
Experience: |
• 7+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
• 3 + years coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary HR teams
• Experience of executing Talent Management Strategies in the financial services industry
|
Required Education: |
• Degree qualified in a relevant area |
