Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a globally known Aviation company. My client is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant who can hit the ground running, where you will assist with the month end reporting and the annual audit, document management of bank statements, invoices and month end files. Responsibilities:
• Banking: Processing weekly payment runs including the booking of FX rates, close monitoring and reporting of current cash positions. Posting of all receipts and payments to accountancy package in a timely manner. Regular bank reconciliations for a number of different bank accounts across a number of business entities.
• Debtors / Creditors: Preparation of monthly invoices. Maintaining and reconciling all supplier ledgers on Quick Books across a number of Business entities and preparing weekly aged creditors reports.
• VAT: Preparation of bi- monthly VAT returns
• Credit Cards and petty cash: You will be responsible for the management and reconciliation of credit cards and petty cash account.
Ad-hoc assignments and general office administration duties as required assisting in the Finance Manager and CFO

| Required Skills: |
• Strong Excel and IT skills and can communicate with all Stakeholder levels
• Part / Full Accounts Technician Qualification (Desirable)
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment
|
| Experience: |
• 3+ years varied accountancy experience |
| Required Education: |
• 3rd level degree |
