AML Investor On-boarding Manager, Supervisor + Associate
My client, a global custodian bank, has immediate requirements for an AML Manager, an AML Supervisor and an AML Associate for their Registrations Transfer Agency team based in Dublin 2. This client offers excellent career progression prospects due to new client wins and widening of their service offerings in Ireland. The team you work within will be the oversight and escalation point for all the Transfer Agency operational teams with regards to Anti Money Laundering and review of investor files. (Transfer Agency operational teams for this client are primarily based in Ireland with two smaller teams located in the USA)
Responsibilities
• You will be required to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Funds Industry and the regulatory environment with specific focus on Anti Money Laundering Regulations and their implementation within the Transfer Agency Teams.
• Interact with the Compliance team and ensure that the Transfer Agency Operational teams seamlessly implement the AML policies and Procedure as provided by Compliance.
• Manager Level:
• You will be further expected to focus on the changing regulatory environment and assess its impact on the Transfer Agency Department and Processes.
• You will be expected to provide detailed Anti Money Laundering Status Reporting to Senior Management on a regular basis and escalate significant issues to management.
• You will further be expected to complete and manage AML investor review/remediation projects for take-on clients.
• At Officer/Manager level this role will also encompass Client Relationship management, Leadership, Change Management, and Resource Management.
Requirements
• Manager Level:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in transfer agency AML role within the fund administration industry (mutual or hedge funds) and 2 years+ people management experience (one to ones, appraisals)
• Supervisor Level:
• Minimum 3 years AML Transfer Agency experience (mutual or hedge funds) with experience of training in junior staff and reviewing their work
• Investor On-boarding experience (registrations transfer agency) essential for these roles at both supervisor and manager level
• Associate Level: Minimum 1 year AML Transfer Agency experience (mutual or hedge funds)
