Insurance Risk Manager Cayman Island based
Our client is seeking to appoint a Risk Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and support of risk management activities.
Provide insurance and risk management expertise and advice on a wide range of commercial and operational risks across the Group.
Work with internal clients to assess and identify potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of their organization.
Develop and implement risk-management and loss-prevention programmes, processes and procedures.
Assess, negotiate and procure a range of diverse local and overseas corporate insurance programs.
Review the portfolio of current insurance programs and policy wordings to ensure best practice coverages in alignment with the companies? risk appetite and tolerance levels. Compile relevant information for renewals and benchmarking of insurance lines. Review insurance and indemnification provisions in business contracts for compliance with current insurance cover. Provide support to the claims management process, as required. Assist with the training, development, support and supervision of other members of the team.
Insurance related degree with 10 years? experience in either within Risk Management, Captives or International Underwriting or Broking.
As this position is based in the Cayman Island you will need to meet all local visa requirement. |
