Financial Accountant
The Financial Accountant will report into the Financial Reporting Team Leader and an integral part of the financial reporting team. You will be a member of the Dublin office financial reporting team working in a multi national group environment. This team is responsible for the financial reporting for several companies owned by the group. The team also supports the due diligence initiatives within the group. Delivery of the group reporting submissions for a number of companies on a quarterly basis. Preparing draft commentaries for each company which explains the key drivers of results. Preparation of the financial review sections for quarterly board reports. Completion of annual plan and quarterly reforecast projections. Completion of monthly and quarterly tax and regulatory reporting. Completion of quarterly FX reporting. Ensuring the accuracy of all journal entries posted. Preparation of the annual GAAP financial statements including detailed note disclosures for each company. Review of group reporting of other group companies. Liaising with external and internal auditors. Providing general assistance to financial reporting team members. Maintaining procedures, controls and KRI documentation. |
