AVP Coding Compliance Analyst
Incredible opportunity for a compliance specialist to join the EMEA Compliance Regulatory Change Team which supports legal entities, businesses and business partner groups in the implementation of regulatory change. In this role is primarily to support the ongoing implementation of UCITS V requirements across the EMEA region for my client and you will be reporting to the EMEA Head of Regulatory Change Compliance.
Ideally my client would be interested in speaking with investment compliance analysts with 2-3 years coding experience for this vacancy.
Responsibilities
• Assessment of compliance with UCITS V Level 1 and Level 2 texts including finalisation of impact assessments and traceability matrices for relevant legal entities across EMEA
• Analysis and assessment of national implementing measures in Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
• Preparation of the daily regulatory change bulletin, managing the regulatory change tracker and provide assistance to regulatory change implementation projects.
• Creation of jurisdiction-specific UCITS V legislation repositories
• Provide ongoing compliance guidance and support to business units and legal entities as they progress with the implementation of UCITS V
• Act as the primary point of contact on UCITS V implementation with local compliance staff across EMEA
• Represent compliance at internal business meetings in relation to UCITS V implementation
• Production of UCITS V implementation status reports for senior management

| Required Skills: |
• 5 + years’ experience of working within a regulatory funds environment
• Experience of rule writing work is essential (MIG 21)
• Proven knowledge of the EMEA funds industry is essential
• Ideally investment compliance analyst with 2-3 years coding experience
• Experienced in UCITS, mutual funds and AIFMD specifically

• Highly technical role, coding experience essential
• 2/3 years coding experience required (SQL, VBA,MQL, MIG 21) from a depositary/trustee or investment compliance environment
• Excellent organization skills including prioritisation and multi-tasking in a high pressure, high volume, fast changing environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Focused and have the ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and spoken English is required. (fluent French preferred but not
