Your Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to draw on a diverse background of experience and contribute to the growth of a leading Asset Management brand. Seldom do roles appear in asset management in the Dublin market that straddle operations, strategy and business management.
Reporting to the Head of Global Business Operations, you will be supporting the ongoing growth of an Irish operation through:
• Creating and maintaining overall strategic direction and goals for the department
• Maintaining strong governance and performance management around goals
• Taking responsibility and ownership over successful and on time delivery of key initiatives
• Communicating and managing relationships with the wider local and global business
• Proactively drive efficiencies and greater performance in the business
For someone with an ability to think strategically across multiple functional lines and capable of managing a multitude of demands, this is an ideal role in a great company.
Your Background
This unique role ideally requires a diverse background in asset management / fund administration. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
• Influencing skills – you will be required to influence peers and senior management on a regular basis
• Strategic thinking – the ability to understand the detail and various unit requirements yet see how they flow into the bigger operational success of the operation
• Communication – an experienced presenter, report writer and oral communicator to all levels within a global organisation
This is an independent contributor role requiring the candidate to bring experience across a number of areas and also have the ability to pick up new information quickly.
