The Business
My client is one of the largest independent fund administrators, delivering a range of services and technology to private debt, hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, private banks, pension funds and family offices. Excellent opportunity to work with Wall Street Clients, gain exposure to multiple jurisdictions and eventually take ownership of your own portfolio of clients. The successful applicants for this opportunity will have 2-4 years PQE with existing Fund Lawyer/Legal Counsel experience in Fund Administration or Financial Services/Asset Management
The Position
This will be a high-profile client-facing role involving all queries, legal administration, and client meetings so the potential candidate must be confident, assertive and above all, ambitious. The successful applicants for this opportunity will have 2-4 years PQE as an existing Fund Lawyer/Legal Counsel with experience in Fund Administration or Financial Services/Asset Management
The Role:
• Assist, support and report to Group Legal Counsel in Dublin and offshore offices
• Manage all in house legal matters on day to day basis
• Dealing with Wall Street clientele
• Handling queries and legal administration
• Assist and attend client meetings

Regulatory Knowledge of UCITS, Non UCITS, Hedge Funds, Private Equity
