Assistant Compliance Officer
Here you will be responsible for compliance and company secretarial support to the Head of Compliance. The purpose of this role is to support all Compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirments.
* Monitor any changes and update in the legal, regulatory and statutory requirements under which the firm is authorised.
* Monitor, track and report on all aspects of the Company?s activities with a view to ensuring compliance objectives
* Production of regulatory updates to senior management as appropriate.
* Maintaining up-to-date records and managing documentation for Solvency II
* Assisting in the creation of electronic and paper files for Board and Committee meetings, meeting invitations and preparation and distribution of minutes and other papers to directors
* Provide assistance on ongoing Central Bank of Ireland and other Regulatory enquires;
* The completion of regulatory applications, returns and forms as required for the Company to the CBI
* Manage ad hoc requests and general enquires.
Two years experience within the FS industry, preferably in an Insurance related compliance role. Graduate or equivalent qualification in Business Studies, Law or Accountancy. ACOI qualification a plus
