Global COO Fund Administration (Alternatives / Private Equity Expertise Essential) The Role Working alongside the Global CEO, develop a global process vision, strategy and objectives Develop and implement process improvements and initiatives Drive harmonisation of processes across the globe Monitor process performance across the organisation 750+ reports Financials and Productivity Manage budget and investment budget Monitor unit cost and benchmark them against market prices Engagement in P&L monitoring with relevant parties The Individual Depth and breath of experience across Alternatives, particularly in Private Equity Proven Leader with significant mangement experience (350+ reports) Ability to work strategically and hand-in-hand with the CEO to grow the business to best and biggest in class. Strong verbal and written communication skills together with the ability to interact with diverse groups (senior management, SME’s etc). Ability to cmmunicate effectively with clients and internal departments across the globe.
