The Business
Global Fund Services Company is seeking experienced Hedge, Private Equity and Real Estate Investor Relations professionals to join their operations in Dublin’s IFSC.
The Position
Private Equity is the fastest growing area of this industry. This will be a multi-faceted client-facing role involving all investor services administration duties for a portfolio of a given client and various fund structures.
The Role:
• Performing/reviewing the administration of any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of a given client;
• Communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting expectations of investors, investment managers, auditors and other fund participants;
• Organising workload within the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner;
• Training new team members and supporting the development of junior team members;
•Supporting the account manager to ensure the team runs efficiently.
The Skills:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Hedge Fund Administration
• Private Equity Funds experience is advantageous but not essential
• Degree in Business/Finance or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office |
