My client has live requirements for x2 Senior Custody Client Service Representatives to join their Client Servicing Team based in Dublin 2. These are permanent roles with excellent benefits.
Job Summary
• You will act as a primary contact for custody clients and provide efficient resolution of client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met.
• You will review daily service and transaction work and actively participate in the execution of client account conversions.
• You will operate with limited supervision to support funds with greater complexity.
• You will work on larger accounts and ensure the firm's clients receive accurate and efficient data and serves whilst acting as a point of escalation for complex client issues.
Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point of contact for senior level clients. (top tier)
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of custody products and services.
• Serve as point of contact for external clients with regard to daily servicing inquiries.
• Complete monthly client reporting requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service related metrics.
• Participate in team based project work and audits.
• Monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyse exposure of missing documentation to the clients.
• Ensure proper escalation and follow through on claims payments and invoice collection.
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 3 years custody experience in financial services
• Degree qualified in relevant/related field
