The Client
Join one of the largest independent fund administrators; servicing private debt, hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds and private banks, now require a talented and motivated junior level legal counsel for their Dublin office. Your role will be to assist, support and report to our Group General Counsel.
- Funds Legal Counsel -Independent Fund House
• You will be responsible for handling all legal matters as in-house counsel for the Dublin office, and providing assistance and support to my clients Luxembourg office.
• You will work within the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of funds (including UCITS, non-UCITS, hedge funds, private equity funds and other specialised fund products)
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ PQE in the funds industry and to be admitted as a solicitor in Ireland/England and Wales
• Extensive experience in the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of funds (including UCITS, non-UCITS, hedge funds, private equity funds and other specialised fund products) from an in-house perspective with a global administrator or investment manager, or as a lawyer in the funds group of a large corporate law firm
• Please note that unfortunately my client will not offer sponsorship; Stamp 4 Visa or EU Citizenship essential.
