LABOUR RELATIONS OFFICERS
This is a specialist company that provides industrial relations and labour compliance service to both national and multinational companies. Opportunities in both the Dublin and Cork areas. You will provide advice and support on employee and industrial relations matters.
A background in Labour Relations or a related field or a desire to develop a career in this area. Experience of working with multiple contractors is desirable. The successful candidates will be self motivated and have good communication and inter personal skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain solid experience in a niche area of Human Resources. An attractive package will be offered to the successful applicants and full training will be provided.
* Provision of advice in relation to pay and conditions of employment to Clients, Contractors and Workers.
* Build relationships at all levels in the workplace in order to reduce potential Industrial Relations issues arising.
* Ensure that all worker grievances are fully resolved in a timely manner in line with best practice and generate a positive working environment for workers.
* Deal with union officials on compliance and industrial relations matters where necessary.
* Provide information and advice to both management and workers on collective employment agreements and employment law.
* Investigate and resolve worker and trade union grievances and deal with same confidentially.
* IR audits which would include review of contractor practices re compliance with labour legislation, applicable terms and conditions of employment and best practice to ensure compliance with both legal and contractual obligations. |

| Experience: |
