Derivative Middle Office Opportunities
Your Opportunity
Joining this growing asset manager, in an initial contract role, you will work as part of the derivative middle office team. This team is responsible for processing all derivative trades across global markets including CFDs, Futures, Options, SWAPS, etc.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing trade capture and confirmation
• Trade reporting and reconciliations
• Ensuring all portfolios are collateralised
• Working with traders and external counterparties on various issues
• Involvement in ad hoc projects as required
This is a chance to get your foot in the door of a growing company and to develop your derivative middle office knowledge.
Your Background
Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a post trade / middle office environment. You should be familiar and comfortable with trade lifecycles and have a broad understanding and interest in derivative products.
Ideally, you will have specific operational knowledge in derivatives, reconciliation, collateral and trade reporting in addition to a number of middle office / trade management systems.
On Offer
This role offers a competitive base salary and the opportunity to learn. It is initially offered on a six month contract basis but there is potential within this team and in other teams for extension and / or permanency.
