Head of Risk and Control
Your Opportunity
My Client, an Asset Management company with a global reach, is currently seeking to fill a leadership position in their Risk and Control department. In line with recent expansion plans, the group have identified the Dublin City Centre location as its global centre of excellence in the provision of first line risk management. The primary focus of the role is to deliver high quality risk management solutions and oversee the existing risk initiatives.
Key Responsibilities;
- Co-ordination of all first line risk activities.
- Leadership of the Risk and Control team in the provision of the groups risk initiatives.
- Provide risk insight to senior management and incorporate an open risk culture across the business.
With significant exposure to multiple internal functions both on location and overseas, this position is ideal for a proven people leader and strong communicator to facilitate the groups emphasis on continuous improvement.
Your Background
You should have significant experience operating in a risk management role within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, inspire and energise a team while collaborating effectively with the groups senior management team towards the achievement of goals.
