Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager
Location: Dublin

Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Compliance Manager to join a Leading Financial Institution and Asset Servicing provider located in Dublin’s City Centre. Reporting to the Country Head of Compliance, the incumbent will act as the face of the Compliance Department, responsible for three entities; Trust, Banking and Fund Administration. There will also be a high level of interaction with the Regulator and other senior management on a daily basis and deputising for the Head of Compliance as needed.



The Role:



Provide accurate and timely advice to business colleagues on regulatory compliance issues.

Identifying compliance risks ensuring appropriate visibility across the wider company.

Provide guidance and advice to senior management on regulatory matters.

Liaise with the local regulatory authority and undertake both oral and written communications, contributing to and influencing business around the content of regulatory submissions.

Act as a senior point of contact between the business and the Compliance function

Provide technical support, leadership, and guidance to more junior members of the team, helping them to expand their own knowledge base within the Compliance function.

Represent Compliance at relevant management/Committee/Board meetings, where required, ensuring that Compliance reports are delivered in a timely, clear way and provide effective.

Participate in and/or lead the delivery of Compliance-related training to business line/business partner colleagues.

Provide any such assistance as required by the Country Compliance Officer

Required Skills: Diploma or higher in Compliance, legal or business studies

Strong Analytical skills and problem solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work well and provide leadership within a team environment
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a Senior Compliance appointment

Experience with UCITS & AIFMD is essential

Experience of interacting with regulatory authorities on a regular basis
