The Business:
Global Financial Services Provider is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Munster.
If you have financial services recruitment experience from agency and/or in-house, proven track record in a high volume, fast paced environment and currently have less than four weeks’ notice then get in touch for immediate consideration for this excellent opportunity!
The Role:
Manage end to end the full recruitment process for all hires within a specific unit from entry level to senior level across Ireland
Conduct job analysis meetings with managers to determine skills and experience for role fit
Design holistic and innovative sourcing strategies using direct and indirect sourcing methods
Collating and reviewing CVs, short list candidates before discussing with managers
Conduct competency based interviews, assessing candidates against role critical behaviours and providing detailed insight, analysis and recommendations to the business, challenging thinking when necessary.
Manage the offer process with the candidate working with the HR Consultants and Compensation & Benefits teams to structure offers
Maintaining up to date tracking and management reporting using both the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and Excel tracking
Collating external market intelligence for the business on recruitment and market trends
Working closely with the wider HR department including regular updates with the HR Consultants |

| Required Skills: |
Requirements:
In-house / onsite permanent recruiting experience is preferable but agency recruitment background in a relevant field will also be considered.
Financial / Professional Services recruiting experience beneficial.
Ability to deal with high recruitment volumes.
Experience of developing sourcing strategies and working with third party agencies.
Extremely professional and excellent communicator.
Experience with Taleo is beneficial. |
