| Description: |
The Position
Responsibility for leading a varied and diverse portfolio of clients across multiple tax heads
Manage client relationships and provide general business advice to clients
Responsible for assignment scheduling, planning, staffing and structure
Staff management and training
General administration, including working capital management
Pitching for new business and driving the growth of the firm
Providing advice to clients across multiple tax heads
Providing advice to clients on tax planning opportunities
Assist in various consultancy projects
Various ad hoc duties and responsibilities as directed by the Partners
The Candidate
Qualified Tax consultant (AITI CTC) and/or Qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge tax knowledge across multiple Irish tax heads and Irish revenue best practice
Excellent technical ability in tax planning
Minimum 7 years post qualification experience
Have prior experience within a busy tax team at senior management level
Excellent team leading, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
Strong international experience is desirable but not essential |
