My client, a leading FS investment firm, are seeking a qualified accountant with corporate finance exposure to step into an important role focused on M&A mandates across multiple sectors including financial services, hospitality, and manufacturing.
Key responsibilities included:
Liaising with clients, service providers and other intermediaries to facilitate the execution of M&A transactions Preparing Teasers, Information Memoranda and assisting Company management in the preparation of Management Presentations
Advanced Financial Modelling (LBO, M&A)
Financial statement analysis and the preparation of valuations
Company/industry research and analysis
Company profiling for potential acquisition targets
Developing client relationships
share register analysis
Requirement
Qualified Accountant from a Top 10 firm
Exposure to corporate finance / M&A advisory advantageous |
