The Role:
Minute Taking and drafting of same for board, committee and AGM meetings
Organising of board, committee and AGM Meetings
Creation and distribution of board packs, meeting agendas, papers and presentations for meetings
Timely filing of regulatory and statutory returns
Diary Management |

| Required Skills: |
1-2 years experience in a similar role
ICSA Qualified/studying towards Qualification
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) at all levels of the business, including board of directors
High level of collaboration throughout the org |
