Your Opportunity
We are currently looking for a high calibre graduate to join a highly regarded Boutique Investment bank in the heart of Dublin City Centre as a Corporate Finance Analyst. The Corporate Finance function advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, public and private fundraisings and the provision of strategic advice to a range of corporates in various industries.
In addition, your duties will include:
• Development of financial models and pitchbooks
• Carrying out industry research
• Identifying potential targets
This is a broad role involved in supporting all aspects of Corporate Finance transactions across different industries. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a highly experienced corporate finance department in a very progressive and inclusive environment.
Your Background
For this unique opportunity, we are seeking a top class graduate (500+ Leaving Cert points, 1.1 degree/masters), graduating from a top university in finance or similar. Although no experience is required, experience / internship in a similar field is looked upon favourably.
In addition, candidates will have:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A definite desire to build a career within the Corporate Finance sector
