Corporate Finance Executive
Your Opportunity
We are looking for a high calibre finance professional to join the Corporate Finance arm of a leading global diversified financial services firm with a significant presence in Dublin. This role will provide the successful candidate with broad exposure to a range of deal types across a range of sectors offering you the opportunity to accelerate your career in a genuinely dynamic environment.
Working with highly regarded and experienced professionals, you will be involved in:
• Working on all aspects of a range of transactions including MBOs, M&A, Fund Raisings, etc.
• Working with junior team members to co-ordinate financial modelling, research, pitch book development, etc.
• Identifying and being involved in pitching for new business
• Develop relationships with key clients and related key people
• Work on developing new marketing initiatives and exploring new and evolving sectors

Your Background
This is a role requiring someone technically strong and with excellent soft skills who will thrive in a competitive environment with high achieving peers. To this end, candidates will have:
• A strong academic background, ideally supplemented with a professional qualification (CFA, ACA, etc.)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Finance or Investment Banking environment (transaction focused or research driven)
• Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills and be highly driven
