Your Opportunity
We are looking for a first rate, recently qualified accountant, to join the Corporate Finance arm of a leading, diversified and highly commercial financial services firm. This is an opportunity to move out of practice where your role will offer you the chance to use your skills in a more dynamic and rewarding environment.
Working with highly regarded and experienced professionals, you will be involved in:
• Working on all aspects of a range of transactions including MBOs, M&A, Fund Raisings, etc.
• Working with junior team members to co-ordinate financial modelling, research, pitch book development, etc.
• Identifying and being involved in pitching for new business
• Develop relationships with key clients and related key people
• Work on developing new marketing initiatives and exploring new and evolving sectors

Your Background
This role requires a blend of technical and soft skills to allow you every opportunity to succeed. We are looking for:
• A top class, recently qualified accountant (Big 4 ideally) with first time passes and a first-rate academic background
• Someone with a real interest or prior training in transaction services, corporate finance or similar
• Excellent technical financial modelling skills, a commercial outlook and drive to excel
