About my Client
My client, an established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Transfer Agency Department in the Galway region. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Transfer Agency and as a leading member of the management team you’ll be responsible for the onboarding of new business with a particular focus on the smooth oversight and management of Reporting Requirements such as FATCA, US Withholding Tax and CRS, ensuring a highly effective and efficient operational team is able to meet key deliverables accurately and on time. A strong understanding of AML would also be highly beneficial.
You’ll be a key point of contact for new business and due to its high level of interaction will be tasked with building and managing those relationships in their incubative stages.
You’ll also be leading a mid-sized team and be accountable for their performance management, whilst being a key decision maker and forward thinker when it comes to the strategic objectives of the business.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated manager. One who exudes professionalism and integrity and comfortable in leading teams, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service whilst managing Operational Risk, Control, and Compliance best practice.
You’ll have experience in Project Management, process improvements and importantly, 8 years or so of experience within Transfer Agency, with practical experience in Regulatory change.
You’ll be ambitious, keen to further your career in the short to medium term and really be a person who can ultimately see the bigger picture in a large organisation.
