| Description: |
My client, a growing multinational, now has a fantastic opportunity for a Settlements Payments Associate for their transfer agency sub team based in Dublin 2.
You will work closely with the Transfer Agency Supervisor and the Transfer Agency dealing team focusing on the input and review of all outgoing payments relating to redemptions, custody movements, dividends and fees. You will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of payment templates used by TA staff and daily reconciliation reporting relating to settlements.
Responsibilities
Preparation of payment instructions to custodians, investors and for payment of fees
Review of payment instructions created by other team members
Creation and maintenance of payment templates
Work with banking providers to identify and rectify issues relating to payment instructions
Assist with regulatory reporting
To ensure deadlines are met, by effective planning and scheduling of their own work
To work as part of a team ensuring that all SLA’s are met consistently
Provide support for senior members where required
To participate in and assist with any projects as required
Build good working relationships with other departments
To ensure all activities are carried out within regulatory guidelines

| Experience: |
Previous payments experience including knowledge of formatting requirements
2+ years’ experience in fund administration or a related field
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook |
| Required Education: |
Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a Business discipline, or equivalent experience related to the position |
