Senior Compliance Manager
A leading Financial Services company based in South Dublin are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of technical expertise to business lines to manage their regulatory requirements and will be the subject matter expert for a number of regulatory areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for the Regulatory Change Management Process and to the First Line of Defence on the application of requirements. This includes process change and new product reviews through the established internal processes such as Business Change Risk Assessments and New Product Approval Process
• Conduct reviews of the marketing/advertising compliance sign-off process
• Maintain an Enterprise Compliance Risk Framework for the business and ensure sufficient Conduct Management Information is produced by business lines
• Escalate any identified breaches or material Conduct Risk issues
• Maintain good stakeholder engagement and build ongoing relationships with the Front Line of Defence to promote a culture of openness
• Establish a network of contacts in relevant areas
Key Skills/Qualifications:
• 7 years’ + professional experience within a compliance role
• Strong experience of interaction and influencing at a senior level
• Experience within the funds, depository, investment services industries is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
