| Description: |
Our client currently has an opportunity for a candidate to join their growing practice in south Dublin. You will be given the opportunity to complete professional accounting exams during the course of your training contract, together with the opportunity to thrive and develop in a supportive atmosphere built on excellent, long term relationships with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to prepare accounts to Trial Balance stage
Prepare management accounts for review
Reconcile various control accounts ‑ Bank/Debtors/Creditors and Revenue
Prepare cash flow reports and Budgets
Produce KPI reports
Produce ad hoc reports as required
Draft commentary on Financial performance
Maintain Fixed Asset and Investment register
Prepare CRO Forms
Prepare VAT / PAYE returns
General office duties
Payroll production ‑ knowledge of Thesaurus an advantage
Immediate Start
Renumeration:
Salary will be based on the experience of the successful candidate
You must have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a Practice background |

Good knowledge of Relate/Sage accounting packages
Knowledge of taxation returns – Income Tax & Corporation Tax
Strong Microsoft family product knowledge (Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint) |
| Required Education: |
The successful candidate will be working towards an accountancy qualification ACCA, or CPA. |
