Graduate for Operations role
City based Financial Services Company is looking to make an additional hire due to increased workload. The team will provide administration support to the department. Update all accounts as per instructions. Liaise with other departments. Prepare reports for the teams on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintenance of departments system and worksite database to ensure all correspondence is updated and properly filed. Adhere to service level agreements and data quality requirements.
We are looking at a graduate in Business or Finance, well organised and a sound knowledge of Microsoft. Advanced Excel could prove an advantage. |
