Group Reporting Financial Accountant
This is a new role that operates within a team that has been created to work with new clients that need to be on boarded to existing structures as well as working with the team on due diligence activities on potential new acquisitions. It is a position that will use the experience you have gained within Financial reporting and add new skills around the On Boarding of Clients, training new companies staff on the Group Reporting requirements and systems, Assisting with preparation of acquisition memos, purchase price acquisition calculations and GAAP to IFRS reviews and participating in Due Diligence activities to understand the Reporting Capabilities.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant with an understanding of Investment accounting and IFRS accounting.
Ability to break down work projects and issues into discrete work tasks. Flexibility to multi task and prioritise issues and deliverables is essential. Willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work as part of an interactive, collaborative team as well as independently |
