About my Client
My client, a long established, independent Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to add to their Senior Management Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
Sitting within Transfer Agency with a particular focus on AML product, your primary responsibility will be to monitor, assess, report and provide recommendations regarding regulatory, industry and client change to the Global Change Committee. This is very much a Senior leadership position, where you will influence change across the entire business and represent your division at Partner level meetings, C Suite level clients and client prospect meetings and industry events.
About You
You’ll have a wealth of experience in Anti Money Laundering, ideally within a similar function though this is not essential. You’ll be able to effectively communicate developments in the global market to the business, comfortably present at board/executive level and provide leadership, influence and steering of the global AML policy and be accountable of ensuring regulatory benching marking is at a consistently robust standard.
