Investor Services Manager | Projects & Onboarding |Dublin

Technology-driven, client-focused, and always looking at new ways of doing things; you’ll be kept busy in a hands-on and interesting role across a range of activities including operational efficiencies, onboarding, systems development, projects, and collaborate with clients and internal business units in addition to managing a small, dedicated team of specialists in the Investor Services space.
Snapshot of the day to day:
Ensuring the business is ready for new funds, new clients, that the systems are up to par and suit individual client needs
On-boarding, client interaction with regards needs, documents, data etc., liaising with technical teams, and implementation
Ongoing maintenance of the register ‑ any changes to funds, to investors, clients with support from a dedicated Investor Services team handling AML
Ongoing systems development in collaboration with technical teams & Investor Services followed by rollout, testing, and training of staff in various departmen |

| Required Skills: |
End to End Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience coming from Hedge (may consider mutual)
Demonstrable people management experience
Comfortable dealing with technical teams & some experience of testing
Proactive & confident as you will be presenting to and collaborating with teams, clients, and the wider business
Proficient in excel (V look-up, formulas etc. & dealing with large data sets)
Proficiency in Powerpoint
MS Project a desirable but some experience of running a project / understanding of project principles is fine |
