About my Client
My client, a long established, independent Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
Sitting within the broader Client Service department, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day to day requirements of clients, achieving superior client satisfaction. You’ll be the point of escalation for most complex issues, whilst managing the activities of your direct reports. This is very much a leadership position, and you’ll be expected to motivate, coach and develop a team of high performing client service professionals.
Technology enhancements are a key part of the role. Efficiency, automation, workflow management are all important for maximum productivity.
About You
You’ll have around 8 years’ experience within operations (Fund Accounting, Custody and Transfer Agency would all be considered), at least 3 of which at a management level. You’ll be confident in your ability able to manage complex tasks, see issues through to resolution, manage a diverse team or professionals and be an ambitious person, keen to progress in the short to medium term. Project management also has a significant place in this position so project experience would be highly valued.
