| Description: |
Senior Accountant.
Reporting to CFO and CEO.
Responsible for maintaining the financial books and records including general and nominal ledgers and analysis and apportionment of membership Income and posting to General Ledger. Preparation of monthly reconciliations of key account balances including reconciliation of revenue, accounts receivable, banks, accounts payable and accruals. Reporting to the CEO and CFO on financial records and books of account and ad hoc reports as required and providing assistance to the CFO in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, financial packs and ad hoc financial information as and when required for Management and Board of Directors. Assistance to the CFO in preparation of Annual Accounts, compliance with current accounting standards, for audit and liaison with Auditors and Taxation Advisors to ensure the Company is fully compliant. Assistance to the CFO in the preparation of the annual budget, plans and forecasts for consideration by the Audit & Finance committee. Maintaining up to date procedures manual and detail the accounting treatment for each stream of income and expenditure. Assistance to the management team on financial modelling and strategic development as required. Assisting in the implementation of new systems and processes. Assistance to the CFO on monitoring of the Company?s Investment portfolio and liaison as required with the Company?s Investment advisors and preparing reports to the Audit and Compliance Committee thereon. |

| Experience: |
Qualified Accountant. Open on Industries and sectors.
Hands on general accounting experience, good IT skills and some team management experience |
