Description: |
Role / Department Overview:
Working closely with the Team Lead on the day to day operations. It is a client facing position where the person will have ownership of some clients and be the main POC.
It is a very busy department so the person needs to be used to and able to meeting ongoing and consistent deadlines with a range of valuations per day.
Great support to help members get up to speed with the team
The Role
Day to day processing work, quality checks and assurance
Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness in offshore location, seeking appropriate information from local management there where required
Escalation point for unresolved for international team
Day to day client reporting - Prediction reports, cash reports
Workflow queue management and analysis
Compliance with regulations and attainment of client specific processing requirements
Maintains a close working relationship with other areas, such as New Business and other internal areas such as the Relationship Managers
To work with the team, internal departments and group projects area on any allocated projects
Ensure that appropriate segregation of duties controls are in place at all times
Comply with the regulatory regime in which our client operates as appropriate to the above role
Exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the incumbent is responsible for are organised and controlled
Observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties
Ensuring that KPIs are achieved in order to keep losses to a minimum
Awareness of key external stakeholders including CBOI, FED, clients, advisors, auditors, trustees, compliance and shareholders
Skills / Experience
Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential)
Good keyboard skills to include MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential)
Ability to review and resolve complex issues
Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative
Customer Service experience
An understanding of investment product administration
Knowledge and understanding of various regulatory environments |
