Excellent opportunity for skilled investor services/transfer agency specialist to join a boutique fund house in Dublin 2 that offers the best work/life balance, culture and benefits package on the market.
Responsibilities:
Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds
Resolve dealing related enquiries by email and telephone, supplying information relating to funds’ portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets and currencies.
Processing paperwork for trades and related activity
Maintain shareholder register and investor files and process dividend payments
Prepare and distribute of shareholder statements and Investment Manager Reports.
Distribute Interim and End of Year Financial Reports to Shareholders
Ensure compliance with AML procedures
Reporting of Fund transactions to the Fund Accountant Teams
Daily Reconciliation of Cash Accounts |

| Required Skills: |
Knowledge of varying fund types (hedge and mutual) |
| Experience: |
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Transfer Agency. |
| Required Education: |
3rd Level Degree in a relevant area |
