The Company:
My client, an established Corporate Services, Depositary, Insurance and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Financial Reporting Senior Management Team. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across multiple Irish offices.
The Role:
This team is a highly skilled and dependable outsource option for Advisers to prepare financial statements, ensuring they conform to the latest accounting guidance.
The team comprises of licensed and certified accountants with significant public accounting experience, and financial reporting specialists with relevant industry experience. Clients are dispersed globally and is most certainly client facing.
As one would expect, the day to day focus is on financial and CBoI regulatory reporting returns (MMIF, Monthly NAV returns etc), controlling workflows for audit engagements, liasing with internal and external stakeholders such as external auditors and the Irish Stock Exchange amongst others
About You:
You will have a client focussed outlook, comfortable in dealing with clients and managing relationships. At the same time you be able to manage a busy and diverse workload. You’ll have similar, relevant experience and be proficient in IFRS, FRS102, US GAAP and other jurisdictional reporting standards.
