The Business
My Client is one of the world’s largest fund administration companies offering services on the market at present.
The Position - AML Analyst
Review of investor documentation in adherence with our clients AML policy and procedures
Works with colleagues and allocated line management in reviewing such investor documentation and efficiently sourcing outstanding investor due diligence documentation (if any) with professionalism of approach and timely escalation of material issues arising
Assists with queries received from, and issues raised by, other internal and/or related external parties
Maintains an up to date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice
Takes ownership for completion of AML compliance support for allocated clients in conjunction with colleagues and provides regular and meaningful periodic updates to line management and colleagues
Develops and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other internal departments including specifically UK Transfer Agency Anti Financial Crime and Ireland Investor AML |

| Required Skills: |
The Skills:
Knowledge of the funds administration business.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to research and understand issues and deliver solutions agreed with line management.
Some previous experience in an AML compliance role.
General knowledge of the AML regulatory environment in Ireland.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications relating to designated areas of responsibility |
