| Description: |
My client is a world leading financial services institutions. They are looking for a senior investor services professional to join their growing private equity team based in Dublin 2.
This dynamic role incorporates client relationship management to the company partners and fund managers, in addition to reporting to high-net-worth investors and daily internal/external communication combined with all relevant and associated administration.
You will develop unique and in-depth knowledge in the increasingly popular private equity funds industry. Applications welcome from shareholder services/investor services professionals from a hedge funds background seeking to move into private equity.
Responsibilities:
Providing all administration and services in respect of a portfolio of private equity funds, including assisting with drawdowns and distributions and undertaking administration work associated with Transfers of Interest, proposed new limited partners and co-investors
Originating payment instructions and generally dealing with resultant payments and receipt queries
Performing all of the investor related services of the investment fund clients including; updating databases for investor contact changes and bank details changes, dealing with ad hoc mailings, and assisting with the distribution of UK and German and US tax reporting
Assisting with the collation and processing of a variety of documents and agreements, including any necessary notarization and legalization of such documents
Communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting the expectations of investors, investment managers, auditors and other fund participants
Assisting with bridging facilities rollovers and repayments
Communicating with the fund accounting, company secretarial and compliance teams
Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls and queries |

| Experience: |
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience within a in a dealing department with hedge/private equity investor services/transfer agency essential
Degree qualified in a relevant field |
