My client, a long established and successful business with a strong heritage, is a leading provider of Administration, Asset Management and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, commodities, and funds. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
This is very much a hands on, fast paced and varied role providing full cycle recruitment across distinct business lines.
Your focus will be to build internal relationships with hiring managers and external relationships with your recruitment consultancy partners. You will be expected to engage with the market and attract high calibre professionals to the business from offer to hire to start and to plan for a varied workload ‑ upcoming new business wins are expected to create a spike in hires. |

About You
You’ll be an ambitious recruiter with experience either in house or agency, and ideally a mix of both. You’ll be able to cultivate and grow relationships, have a passion for recruitment, have experience in volume or project hiring and have the ability to influence stakeholders. |
