| Description: |
ncredible opportunity for a driven company secretary to join my client, a medium sized fund house. In this role you will assist with the management a varied portfolio of clients including UCITS/Non-UCITS funds, management companies, unit trusts and offshore domiciled entities.
Responsibilities:
Organising and attending board and committee meetings and producing resolutions, minutes etc
Draft minutes and prepare an action point list from the board meetings and forward them to the relevant client for review
Ensuring all Companies Act filings and registrations are completed
Ensure all other requirements of the Companies Acts are met.
Maintaining and updating of Company statutory registers |

| Required Skills: |
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably gained within a fund or legal environment in company secretarial positions,
ICSA qualified/part-qualified an advantage |
