| Description: |
Transfer Agency conversions project working with multiple IT work streams. Long term project 10m initially.
The Role:
The Project Manager is generally responsible for large scale projects with multiple work streams. Responsibility for the project coordination within Transfer Agency, will actively lead project meetings, monitor the progress of the assigned projects and provide updated status to the business units. Ensure all document issues, coordinate solutions and monitor their closure and is also responsible for the coordination of testing and implementation of the project including the development of procedures, controls and training.
A Project Manager will be expected to work on several projects at one time. The Project Manager interacts with all groups involved in the project lifecycle, both internal and external, with the ultimate goal of ensuring successful completion of the project. |

| Required Skills: |
Skills and Experience:
Be responsible for managing the process with regards to from BCR to delivery date with regards to developments, working with various teams
Manage the IT work streams
Make sure project is resourced, working with vendors and managing progress and tracking issues
Work with multiple works streams and vendors within a large project
Management/supervisory/project management experience in financial services
Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project)
Excellent communication skills
Superior planning skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and must be deadline-oriented
Previous experience working with multiple workstreams and vendors within a large project essential
PM skills necessity (not necessarily IT, TA beneficial or funds experience) |

Essential:
TA experience on TA conversions and TA developments
Experience working on IT workstreams
New business conversion experience desirable
Prince II beneficial |
