Transfer Agency Senior Role with a boutique client based in Dublin. You must have 2 years + experience in TA and AML.
The Role:
The Role Transfer Agency Senior Administrator will display a high degree of professionalism and integrity through their work and will possess experience in an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know you Client (KYC) role within a Client On-Boarding team or AML Remediation team and a capable team player and is able to manage a demanding workload. |

| Required Skills: |
The role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail:
Responsible for verifying a wide range of financial transactions relating to the shareholder registers - Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switching and Transfers including various dealing related commissions and Trail Fees
Ensuring delivery in line with Prospectus, Ops Memo and SLA
Providing cash flow reporting of shareholder trading activity to the Fund Managers
Managing all queries received from shareholders via dedicated e-mail and telephone lines
Reviewing and signing off as a second check on administrators work
Signing off reports / bank reconciliations and checklists.
Providing a second check on payment instructions
