My client is one of the world’s leading private banks. They are looking for a Senior Human Resources Assistant to join their expanding team based in the Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing organization.
The Role:
Assist in the execution of a range of sourcing strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate flow
Screen CVs and conduct screening interviews
Ensure that all information and collateral relating to opportunities are accurate, professional and positively impact the reputation of the company
Work with our Talent Acquisition Support team to ensure that timely and professional communications updating on the status of applications are issued to candidates, employee referrals and those who have referred employees
Work in line with established recruitment policies and procedures
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Support and HROps to ensure that all necessary data is received from new hires and processed in a timely manner |

| Required Skills: |
Requirements:
BA Degree
Prior experience working in an HR department or recruitment agency
Advanced MS Office Skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
Assist HR Business Partners with monthly payroll changes and submission
Work with employees on confirming maternity, paternity and parental leave entitlements
Demonstrated customer focus and strong action orientation
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees |
