Job Title: x2 Change Management Business Analysts
Location: Dublin
Position Type: Full Time

Remuneration: €55000 - €65000

Description:
An experienced Business Analyst is now required to join the Change Management team to work on a variety of projects as requested and prioritised by the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements, functional specifications, and processes, as well as supporting solution adoption and user acceptance testing activities.
The Role:
The Change team is responsible for the delivery of all projects across Asset Services Banking and Credit Management. Projects are led by a project manager and the role of the Business Analyst is to drive requirements definition and support the implementation of the project.
Responsibilities:
• Use industry standard methods and standards (as deployed within Asset Services Change team) to complete business requirements and specification documentations
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT users to define requirements and document outputs
• Oversight of UAT activities (planning, oversight, occasional execution support)
• Assume ownership of business requirements and all associated documentation, assuring effective hand-over to IT, business, etc.
• Support the Project Manager with planning and estimating relating to business analysis activities


Required Skills: Requirements:
• Strong experience working as a Change Business Analyst in a project environment, using structured business analysis techniques
• Experience working on both IT and non-IT projects
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with expert knowledge of process mapping tool (e.g. Visio)
• Knowledge of process engineering/lean methods an advantage
• Banking experience essential, preferably loan management; knowledge of mortgage origination an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills required with an ability to build relationships quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and with a high degree of professionalism
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline
