Incredible opportunity for a trustee/depositary specialist to join a boutique fund house based in Dublin2. Comprehensive benefits, excellent work/life balance on offer for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
Managing first and second level controls in an efficient manner to discharge the Depositary function for Irish regulated funds.
Reviewing funds investment compliance, within department defined timelines, to ensure that they comply with the Regulations and prospectus restrictions.
Reviewing the fund’s key NAV processes, within department defined timelines, to ensure they have been completed accurately and in accordance with the regulations and the fund’s prospectus.
Reviewing shareholder trade processing and controls/procedures in the Transfer Agency department.
Performing daily AIF and UCITS cash monitoring controls.
Assist in the performance of on-site due diligence visits. |

3 years+ trustee/depositary experience within funds.
