Are you a qualified accountant looking to make a move in Sligo?
My client is one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. They are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their expanding team based in the Sligo office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing organization.
The Role:
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts for two Irish registered entities, adhering to strict deadlines
Ensure all monthly sales invoices are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Preparation of monthly and quarterly journals including accruals and prepayments
Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Management of month end internal control procedures and reports
Analytical review of all income and expenses items to budgets
Assisting in the accounts payable function
Assisting in the year end reporting and audits
Preparation of monthly payroll journal
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects may be required from time to time |

| Required Skills: |
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant with experience in a similar role
Exceptional analytical skills required, with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Financial Force is an advantage
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a number of task at the same time
Keen interest in emerging technologies
The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team |
