| Description: |
The Role:
Support a team of Recruitment Consultants working with clients within the funds industry.
The main element of your role will be sourcing and screening candidates to determine their suitability to roles that our clients wish to fill.
You will actively source candidates using IrishJobs, LinkedIn and our personal company database.
Liaise with candidates via incoming and outgoing phone calls/emails.
Maintain the company database.
Work within the Funds & Investment Management team.
Provide best in class consultancy services to the professionals and clients that we are assisting.
Deal with contract, temporary and permanent opportunities.
Manage all stages of the recruitment process for both the client and the candidate.
Maintain a consistent approach to their work.
The Candidate:
3rd Level Qualification
A friendly and confident telephone manner - willing to pick up the phone at any stage and speak confidently to candidates
An interest in Recruitment & HR
Great Communication skills
Gain people’s confidence and put people at ease
Excellent planning, organisational skills, and time management is essential in this role
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment is important.
Have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people and be comfortable speaking with candidates/clients at all levels of the business.
Enjoy working towards targets and being in a commercially focused environment.
