The Role:
The Anti-Money Laundering (‑AMLâ€) team supports business units and compliance professionals across the company and is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing a framework that ensures that the division operates to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.
You will be responsible for carrying out the day to day functions involved in working within the AML team. These include:
Gathering, reviewing and analysing all investor AML documents as per AML checklist, and recording to AML database as per AML procedures.
Liaising with internal departments and Global Offices to complete AML compliance requirements.
Conducting independent checks where required and maintain accurate records.
Monthly client reporting of outstanding AML documentation.
Conducting review/sign off on documentation as required.
Adhoc tasks / Project work as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in an AML or KYC function and have good knowledge of compliance & regulation within the Financial Services Industry in Europe. You must have very strong risk awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational & administrative skills, be able to multi task and manage time to maximize efficiency whilst meeting deadlines. Knowledge of Investment (Financial) Services industry in Europe is preferable but not essential. |
