The Company:
My client, is a small and growing Irish FinTech software business. They provide cloud and web based technologies to help large organisations ($Multi-billion revenue) to manage their day-to-day treasury, cash and liquidity management. Their varied client base includes FMCG Businesses, Engineering, Technology, Media, Automotive, Oil & Gas among others
The Role:
Currently experiencing a period of growth and owing to new business wins, my client are seeking to hire a ‑Customer Success Managerâ€. You will be responsible for managing client relationships post signature, the primary point of contact for customers to ensure they are getting optimal value from the software.
Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Onboarding of new clients
Proactively engaging with clients, managing the relationship and improving their activity and engagement with the platform
Understanding client needs and using this information to assist the technology teams in new product development and enhancement
About You:
You will have a proven track record in a client facing role within a Cash Management or Treasury team. You’ll be enthusiastic, positive, have a client centric approach and enjoy engaging with people over the telephone and face to face on a daily basis. You’ll have experience in managing the relationship with corporate clients who although not overly demanding, do require a certain level of sensitivity. Of course, being a clear communicator.
Finally, you should have an interest in technology and FinTech with the desire to stay on top in industry trends. |
